Branding

Add your logo onto a uniformHenry & Gray employ local printing and embroidery experts to add  logos or artwork to your new uniform. Our free concept design service will show you options for adding your brand to a range of products.

Embroidery is an excellent way of branding bags, apparel and other textile products. It adds a depth of branding quality and the finished image has a slightly raised effect. Embroidery uses rayon thread which is stitched into the product. Many of our products have embroidery access so the back of the stitching is hidden and the application looks seamless.

Screen Printing is our preferred solution for bold branding especially on tees and outerwear. Screen print is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product. Close PMS matches are possible on light coloured products including metallic gold & silver.

Digital Transfer is great for small and detailed multicoloured logos. The design is printed on vinyl and heat transferred to garments. Transfer technology has progressed remarkably in the last 10 years and are comparable to screen printing in finish and quality.

Supacolour is a revolutionary new way of decorating uniform apparel. It is a hybrid of an inkjet and the traditional process of a heat applied transfer, but produces a higher quality finish than traditional digital transfers with much brighter colours.  This is excellent for detailed and multi-colour designs.

Sublimation Dye  is ideal for sportswear and work wear including hi-visibility tshirts, polos and hoodies. A transfer is produced by printing special ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing it onto the product. Ideal for producing vivid full colour images or one offs. These are cost effective methods for producing crisp, clear artwork reproduction, even on textured fabrics. Only one set up charge is required irrespective of the number of print colours.
