Delivery Costs
Delivery costs vary depending on location and size of order. Orders over 100 items are free anywhere in NZ!
Delivery Times
We use New Zealand Couriers for all of our nationwide deliveries.
*Please note: All delivery times are approximate only. If your order includes customised logos or was placed during weekends or public holidays, additional processing and delivery time may be needed. We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Gift collection items will have additional shipping costs outside of what is charged at checkout. You can either contact us if you want to find out more or we will contact you after we receive your order.
Security
For security reasons, all deliveries must be signed for. We recommend sending orders to a business address where possible to ensure prompt delivery. Couriers will attempt to deliver twice if you’re not available. After the final attempt, follow the instructions left on the courier’s card to collect your package. Ensure your address and postal code are entered accurately to avoid delays or issues with delivery.
Returns
If your order is branded, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is
faulty. If your order is unbranded, unused, and in its original packaging, you
can return it for a credit, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving it.
